We may be biased, but we absolutely LOVE our neighborhood! We welcome your interest in the Townhomes of El Dorado. Here are a few suggestions that hopefully will help you make a decision on purchasing a home here.
1. Read and download the community HOA documents. They can be found on our website or googled. Don't wait to find out the Rules and Regulations of the community.
2. Check to see if your vehicles fit within the garage. Garages fit two vehicles and we have no additional parking and street parking is not allowed to enable emergency vehicles to get through.
3. Alterations to the outside of the home are not allowed under the CC&R's. This includes architectural changes and landscaping changes without approval.
